Broadcast Flag Up in the Air
Reuters is carrying a story on today's broadcast flag hearings (via slashdot). The judge apparently told the FCC that they "crossed the line" and that "selling televisions is not what the FCC is in the business of". I'm heading out this evening to the EFF event on Endangered Gizmos in response to the broadcast flag. Should be interesting with these latest developments. Hopefully I can grab some video.
